The toolbar decides where you are
Along the top sits the toolbar, and one control on it matters more than the rest: the open organization.

The ERP has no 'all organizations'
That is deliberate, not missing. A stock movement, an invoice or a delivery note has to belong to a firm at the moment it is created — an "all" mode would let someone book a receipt into nowhere. The back office keeps the option because site-wide defaults genuinely are everyone's.
What you can see
Permissions are per organization. The same account can be an administrator in one firm and have no access at all to another; the toolbar only offers what you actually hold.
If a page returns "not found" where a colleague sees content, the usual cause is not a permission at all — it is the wrong organization open.
First thing to check
When something is missing, look at the toolbar before looking at the permissions. It is right about four times out of five.
Installing it on a phone
The ERP is an installable app. Open /erp/ in Safari or Chrome on the phone
and choose Add to Home Screen. It runs full-screen, keeps you signed in,
and the warehouse scanner uses the camera directly —
no separate app to distribute.
