Tracking and lookup pages

The transport agenda ships three public surfaces and one portal surface. All four are views the firm may restyle; none of them shows what the firm did not mean to show.

Tracking by number

/track/ACME-2026-000123K/ answers a tracking number with the status, the delivery day and window, the parcel count and the timeline — each step with its instant and the municipality it happened in. Names, streets, phones, e-mails and prices never appear. A wrong number, a wrong check character and another firm's number are one and the same clean "no such shipment"; the page never lists.

The same answer is a JSON door for the web: /api/web/v1/transport/track/<number>.

Where we deliver

/kde-rozvazame/ lists the firm's zones with their served days, windows and cutoffs. Typed a postal code — in any spacing — it narrows to the zones serving it, or says the firm does not deliver there yet. The web's own door: /api/web/v1/transport/zone?code=936 01.

The coverage map

The map block, fed by /api/web/v1/transport/coverage, draws every postal place of every zone in the zone's colour, with the search box the maps carry. Place it on the lookup page, the home page, anywhere.

My shipments

A portal customer opens /moje-zasielky/ and sees the shipments of their partner — the number linking to the tracking page, the status, the day, the parcels. The account page (/account/) shows the latest five and links to the full list. Another customer of the same firm sees none of them; a visitor sees nothing. The doors: /api/web/v1/portal/shipments and /api/web/v1/portal/shipments/<number>.

Ordering. New shipment on the account page (/account/shipment/new) opens the order form with the sender filled from the customer's partner record (name, address, mail, phone — editable), the recipient, the parcels with their weight and regime, the service, a requested day and a note. The answer is the number, the proposed delivery day and the price the tariff gives (or "on request"), with the tracking link. A customer may cancel their own shipment while it is received or planned; from pickup on, the firm decides. The doors: POST /api/web/v1/portal/shipments/new, GET …/shipments/defaults, POST …/shipments/<number>/cancel.

Note

The ColdExpress site runs on these pages: its six Slovak zones, the lookup, the coverage map and the tracking page are the module's showcase.
