Invoicing identity
Every issued document prints a DODÁVATEĽ box. What it says beyond the firm's name is written once, on the firm's own profile.
The identity lines
On the firm's profile (Backoffice → Organizations → the firm, section Invoicing identity) the firm sets the supplier name (empty falls back to the organization's display name) and free-form identity lines — one printed row each. The lines are free-form on purpose: a živnostník, an s.r.o. and a foreign seller each owe different legal wording — the address, IČO and DIČ, the register note ("Zapísaný v živnostenskom registri…"), the VAT status ("Nie je platiteľ DPH."). Write exactly the rows the law asks of your firm.
The identity is frozen into each document at issue. Documents issued earlier keep the box they were issued with — an invoice never changes after the fact. Each firm has its own identity; a firm that wrote none prints only its name.
The payment QR
A document that asks for money — a pro-forma, an unpaid invoice — and carries wire payment details also prints a PAY by square code next to the payment box. Any Slovak banking app scans it into a pre-filled payment: IBAN, the amount still owed, variable symbol, message and beneficiary. A covered document shows what was paid and drops the payment box entirely, so a paid invoice never invites a second payment.
The default template
The built-in document template prints kind-aware titles (a pro-forma names itself and states it is not a tax document), issue/due/supply dates, the payment symbols, both parties with their identifiers and addresses, quantities with units and discounts, the VAT recapitulation, the total, and the payment box with the QR. Firms that edited their template in PDF templates keep their own wording — the platform never overwrites an edited template.
