Always exactly one organization
The ERP has no "all organizations" mode, and that is deliberate. A stock movement, an invoice or a delivery note has to belong to a firm at the moment it is created — an "all" view would let somebody book a receipt into nowhere and discover it a quarter later.
Switch firms in the toolbar. What you are looking at changes completely, because it is a different company.
On a phone
The ERP installs to the home screen and runs full-screen. The scanner uses the camera directly, so a warehouse needs a phone rather than a device budget.
Notifications
Approvals waiting, tickets assigned, documents signed, stock below a threshold — the things that need a person appear where that person will see them.
